Overview
The Tranquility® (SD) Console Series provides a high-efficiency water-source heat pump (WSHP) solution designed for ductless applications where quiet control is essential. Available in sizes ranging from 3/4 ton (2.64 kW) to 1.5 tons (5.3 kW), it exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency standards and utilizes R-454B refrigerant, which has a low Global Warming Potential. The unit features a two-piece chassis design, microprocessor controls, and offers options such as an integrated Refrigerant Detection System (RDS), sound-attenuation packages, and various control configurations. Additionally, the iGate® 2 technology allows for real-time monitoring and diagnostics via mobile devices, enhancing service efficiency. This series is ideal for installations with limited ceiling height or where structural integrity must be preserved.
